"...on show are mixed media paintings by Lesley Haydn Jones, who studied at the London College of Fashion.
In a switch from textiles, she has painted a series of table-top still life studies of teetering piles of stacked cups and saucers.
Most noteworthy is her series of vigorously tackled semi-abstract dried flower studies, which conjure spiky blooms in transparent washes and gritty opaque layers of impasto paint."
